At Hillmalaya, we stand by the quality of our gear; if your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your sports gear in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location across the country.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
